Objectives
This workpackage will provide integration of the scientific and technical elements of the programme and to ensure that the planning and execution of the programme proceeds, producing expected deliverables within stated timescales.
The objectives are also: to ensure effective communication and liaison between project partners, including the organisation of planning meetings; to track the financial management and progress of the project and reporting to the EU in a timely and appropriate manner.
Description
This work package involves the general administration, including financial management, for the duration of the whole project.
This WP includes the activities:
T.1.1 Meetings of all participants (to communicate and define methodology and to evaluate the progress of ELF step by step);
T.1.2 Collection of technical and administrative data for reporting ELF outcomes step by step.
